Tune Creations was conceived and established in Miami, Florida in 1993. The business stemmed from the idea of turning a design hobby into a successful business and first began as a small retail furniture shop that offered design consultation services.

Tune Creations first started to expand in 1998, when the company decided to venture with an independent realtor and began staging houses for sale. The idea was a success. Not only was the market fresh and ready for this concept, but most realtors did not offer this service and people realized that it really did work. After all, a formally dressed home is easier to sell than a vacant space.

This opportunity opened many doors and only contributed to the company’s growth. Real Estate staging presented the chance to meet and begin working with different developers, individual investment companies and high-end home realtors. Tune Creations continued to expand, dealing now with more complex projects such as designing high-rise condominiums and entire single-family home communities. The company now also works with developers on condo conversions and new developments. Tune Creations also assists most of their clients with their own offices, helping improve the work environment.

In 2001, Tune Creations decided to restructure their business to meet not only some but all of their clients’ business needs.
